In May 2012 Christies in New York held the auction Latin American Sale, which included this untitled work by Luis Caballero. The »bidding war« ended at USD 10,625.00 (€ 8,593.50), 33% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Luis Caballero - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in November 2010 for USD 27,500.00 (€ 21,095.43).

Im Mai 2012 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Latin American Sale durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Luis Caballero zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 10.625,00 (€ 8.593,50) und damit 33% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Luis Caballero mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im November 2010 für USD 27.500,00 (€ 21.095,43) versteigert wurde.
