Admittedly, works by Luigi Sabatelli have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Armida and the sleeping Rinaldo on a chariot drawn by dragons and escorted by putti in July 2017 with an auction result of GBP 60,000.00 (€ 66,950.79).
