Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 4,750.00 (€ 6,054.55) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Luigi Monteverde have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Prank in October 2014 with an auction result of USD 43,750.00 (€ 34,916.20).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Swiss La Mia Tavolozza von Luigi Monteverde wurde im Oktober 2008 in der Auktion British and Continental Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 4.750,00 (€ 6.054,55) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden.
