Here, the upper estimate of EUR 700.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 800.00. Admittedly, works by Luigi Mantovani have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Piazza San Babila in November 2013 with an auction result of EUR 6,800.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Scorcio di Milano con il Duomo sullo sfondo von Luigi Mantovani kam im November 2016 bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 700,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 800,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Luigi Mantovani auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Piazza San Babila im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 6.800,00.
