Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2009 Sothebys in Milan held the auction Old Master Paintings, 19th C Paintings, Furniture and Works of Art, which included the work Canal Grande Con Santa Maria Della Salute by Luigi Mantovani. The price achieved of EUR 5,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by Luigi Mantovani have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2013 the work Piazza San Babila was auctioned for EUR 6,800.00.

Im Dezember 2009 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Old Master Paintings, 19th C Paintings, Furniture and Works of Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Canal Grande Con Santa Maria Della Salute von Luigi Mantovani zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 5.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Luigi Mantovani konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2013 die Arbeit Piazza San Babila für EUR 6.800,00 versteigert.
