Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Luigi Ghirri achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Paris in June 2021. In the Photographies auction, the work Milano, Studio di A. Rossi (n°405), 1989 sold for EUR 12,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Luigi Ghirri have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Atelier Morandi', 1992 in November 2014 with an auction result of EUR 51,900.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Luigi Ghirri erzielte im Juni 2021 bei Christies in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Photographies wurde die Arbeit Milano, Studio di A. Rossi (n°405), 1989 für EUR 12.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Luigi Ghirri auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Atelier Morandi', 1992 im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 51.900,00.
