It achieved a price of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 10,766.52), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lugas Syllabus - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work GOLDEN LIMOUSINE IN THE HEAVEN OF ART, which sold at auction in November 2016 for HKD 325,000.00 (€ 39,603.42).

Die Arbeit Loving Vincent – The Sweetest Dream Ever von Lugas Syllabus kam im November 2017 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 10.766,52) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Für andere Arbeiten von Lugas Syllabus mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit GOLDEN LIMOUSINE IN THE HEAVEN OF ART beobachtet, die im November 2016 für HKD 325.000,00 (€ 39.603,42) versteigert wurde.
