The work Aku Rapopo (I'm So Super Fine) by Lugas Syllabus was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2014. It achieved a price of HKD 87,500.00 (€ 8,275.29), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 46%. Admittedly, works by Lugas Syllabus have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work GOLDEN LIMOUSINE IN THE HEAVEN OF ART in November 2016 with an auction result of HKD 325,000.00 (€ 39,603.42).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 46 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Aku Rapopo (I'm So Super Fine) von Lugas Syllabus kam im Mai 2014 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 87.500,00 (€ 8.275,29) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 46%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lugas Syllabus auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit GOLDEN LIMOUSINE IN THE HEAVEN OF ART im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 325.000,00 (€ 39.603,42).
