Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Primavera by Luca Postiglione was sold in the 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture auction at Sothebys in Milan in June 2007. The price achieved of EUR 8,400.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Other works by Luca Postiglione have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2007 the work Ragazza in profilo was auctioned for USD 18,000.00 (€ 13,177.16).
