Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Luca Pignatelli achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Milan in May 2021. In the Reborn: Modern and Contemporary auction, the work Senza Titolo sold for EUR 12,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Luca Pignatelli - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Afroditesigned, Titled And Dated 2007 On The Reverse; Oil On Canvas, which sold at auction in May 2013 for EUR 39,900.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Luca Pignatelli erzielte im Mai 2021 bei Christies in Mailand einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Reborn: Modern and Contemporary wurde die Arbeit Senza Titolo für EUR 12.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Luca Pignatelli mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Afroditesigned, Titled And Dated 2007 On The Reverse; Oil On Canvas beobachtet, die im Mai 2013 für EUR 39.900,00 versteigert wurde.
