Auction result well in line with expectations
In February 2013 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Old Master & 19th Century Paintings & Drawings, 19th Century Sculptures, which included the work Composition Abstraite Aux Formes Arrondies by Luc Lafnet. It changed hands for a price of EUR 379.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 300.00 – 400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luc Lafnet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Exposition Humoristique" ; Projet D'Affiche in February 2013 with an auction result of EUR 9,094.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar 2013 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Old Master & 19th Century Paintings & Drawings, 19th Century Sculptures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition Abstraite Aux Formes Arrondies von Luc Lafnet zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 379,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 300,00 – 400,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Luc Lafnet erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Exposition Humoristique" ; Projet D'Affiche im Februar 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 9.094,00.
