Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape by Lu Zhi was sold in the The Mu-Fei Collection of Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in London in November 2007. The price achieved of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 13,127.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lu Zhi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The South Marsh in November 2021 with an auction result of HKD 5,625,000.00 (€ 625,442.99).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Lu Zhi wurde im November 2007 in der Auktion The Mu-Fei Collection of Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 13.127,43) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lu Zhi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The South Marsh im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.625.000,00 (€ 625.442,99).
