Auction result well in line with expectations
In October last year POLY held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Landscape by Lu Huancheng. The price achieved of HKD 60,000.00 (€ 7,688.75) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lu Huancheng achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spring In The Han Palace in November 2005 with an auction result of HKD 4,600,000.00 (€ 503,307.89).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober letzten Jahres führte POLY die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape von Lu Huancheng zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 60.000,00 (€ 7.688,75) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lu Huancheng erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spring In The Han Palace im November 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 4.600.000,00 (€ 503.307,89).
