The work Landscape Series No. 23 by Lu Hao was sold in the The Origo Collection — Contemporary Ink Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2016. It achieved a price of HKD 250,000.00 (€ 28,166.24), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 39%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lu Hao - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in June 2007 for GBP 50,400.00 (€ 74,791.07).

Die Arbeit Landscape Series No. 23 von Lu Hao wurde im April 2016 in der Auktion The Origo Collection — Contemporary Ink Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 250.000,00 (€ 28.166,24) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 39%. Für andere Arbeiten von Lu Hao mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Juni 2007 für GBP 50.400,00 (€ 74.791,07) versteigert wurde.
