A top price for Lousy
In March last year Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Contemporary Art | Hong Kong, which included the work Electric Ladyland by Lousy. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 75,600.00 (€ 8,702.89), 51% above the upper estimate. This high result makes Electric Ladyland the most expensive artwork by Lousy that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im März letzten Jahres führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Contemporary Art | Hong Kong durch, in der auch die Arbeit Electric Ladyland von Lousy zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 75.600,00 (€ 8.702,89) und damit 51% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieses hohe Ergebnis macht Electric Ladyland zu dem teuersten Kunstwerk von Lousy, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
