Auction result misses estimated price range
In December this year a collector was able to acquire the work Ten book by or with illustrations of Louis Moe by Louis Moe for DKK 1,450.00 (€ 194.52). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, furniture and varia at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Louis Moe have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work “Til Valhalla” in September this year with an auction result of DKK 12,000.00 (€ 1,608.84).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Ten book by or with illustrations of Louis Moe von Louis Moe für DKK 1.450,00 (€ 194,52) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Louis Moe auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit “Til Valhalla” im September diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 12.000,00 (€ 1.608,84).
