Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2019 Christies in Paris held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art, which included the work Bords de Seine by Louis Anquetin. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 16,875.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Louis Anquetin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Femme à sa toilette in February 2020 with an auction result of GBP 1,331,250.00 (€ 1,542,921.77).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März 2019 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bords de Seine von Louis Anquetin zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 16.875,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Louis Anquetin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Femme à sa toilette im Februar 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.331.250,00 (€ 1.542.921,77).
