Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Lotta Antonsson could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in April 2018 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art & Design auction, the work ”Highway 101”, 1995 changed hands for SEK 16,000.00 (€ 1,512.01) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lotta Antonsson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Pony, 1990", which sold at auction in May 2017 for SEK 45,000.00 (€ 4,613.74).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Lotta Antonsson konnte im April 2018 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design wechselte die Arbeit ”Highway 101”, 1995 für SEK 16.000,00 (€ 1.512,01) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Lotta Antonsson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Pony, 1990" beobachtet, die im Mai 2017 für SEK 45.000,00 (€ 4.613,74) versteigert wurde.
