Artwork auctioned at three times the upper estimate price
The work (i) Epode by Lon Pennock was worth EUR 2,250.00 to a buyer in April 2013. This price was achieved in the auction The Piet and Ida Sanders Collection at Christies in Amsterdam and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 700.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Lon Pennock; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Epode sold at auction in April 2013 with the realized price of EUR 3,750.00.

Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion The Piet and Ida Sanders Collection bei Christies in Amsterdam erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 700,00 um ein Vielfaches.
