A top price for Liz Arnold - as previously expected
The work Chicken by Liz Arnold was sold in the Post-War and Contemporary auction at Christies in London in October 2002. The price achieved of GBP 1,792.50 (€ 2,835.42) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Chicken is the most expensive artwork by Liz Arnold that we have observed at auctions so far.
