A top price for Liu Lingcang
In October 2015 POLY in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Modern Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Figures by Liu Lingcang. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 280,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 295,000.00 (€ 34,463.87). With this result, Figures is even the most expensive work of art by Liu Lingcang that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Liu Lingcang
Im Oktober 2015 führte POLY in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Modern Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Figures von Liu Lingcang zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 280.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 295.000,00 (€ 34.463,87) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Figures sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Liu Lingcang, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
