A top price for Lin Yusi - as previously expected
The work Landscape by Lin Yusi was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Chinese Ink and Works on Paper auction at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2015. The price achieved of HKD 94,400.00 (€ 11,028.44) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 100,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Landscape is the most expensive artwork by Lin Yusi that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Landscape von Lin Yusi wurde im Oktober 2015 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Chinese Ink and Works on Paper bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 94.400,00 (€ 11.028,44) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 100.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Landscape das teuerste Kunstwerk von Lin Yusi, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
