Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Flower And Bird by Lin Qingni was sold in the Fine Chinese Modern Paintings auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2019. The price achieved of HKD 15,000.00 (€ 1,716.75) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 12,000.00 – 22,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lin Qingni - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sketch Of Kowloon, which sold at auction in November 2016 for HKD 44,840.00 (€ 5,464.05).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Flower And Bird von Lin Qingni wurde im Mai 2019 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 15.000,00 (€ 1.716,75) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 12.000,00 – 22.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Lin Qingni mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sketch Of Kowloon beobachtet, die im November 2016 für HKD 44.840,00 (€ 5.464,05) versteigert wurde.
