This artwork by Lin Bao Ling achieved an unexpectedly high price at China Guardian in October last year. In the Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art auction, the work Desire IV (A); The Nameless Little Guy (B) (Set of two pieces)(Painted in 2021 (A); executed in 2018 (B)) sold for HKD 192,000.00 (€ 24,603.99) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 68,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lin Bao Ling - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Fallen Flowers Ii (Painted In 2020), which sold at auction in April this year for HKD 84,000.00 (€ 85,780.43).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Lin Bao Ling erzielte im Oktober letzten Jahres bei China Guardian einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Desire IV (A); The Nameless Little Guy (B) (Set of two pieces)(Painted in 2021 (A); executed in 2018 (B)) für HKD 192.000,00 (€ 24.603,99) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 68.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Lin Bao Ling mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Fallen Flowers Ii (Painted In 2020) beobachtet, die im April diesen Jahres für HKD 84.000,00 (€ 85.780,43) versteigert wurde.
