Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Winter Suns Spots - Pacific Grove by Lillie May Nicholson was sold in the California and Western Art Online auction at Bonhams in Los Angeles in December 2021. Here, the upper estimate of USD 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 1,657.50 (€ 1,464.48). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lillie May Nicholson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Monterey Bay from Under the Oak in August 2021 with an auction result of USD 20,312.50 (€ 17,213.98).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Winter Suns Spots - Pacific Grove von Lillie May Nicholson wurde im Dezember 2021 in der Auktion California and Western Art Online bei Bonhams in Los Angeles versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 1.657,50 (€ 1.464,48) einen neuen Besitzer.
