Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2021 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Winter Landscape by Liang Yuwei. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 17,700.00 (€ 1,895.06), 18% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Liang Yuwei achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Couplet in Clerical Script in November 2019 with an auction result of HKD 300,000.00 (€ 34,794.45).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2021 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Winter Landscape von Liang Yuwei zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 17.700,00 (€ 1.895,06) und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Liang Yuwei erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Couplet in Clerical Script im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 300.000,00 (€ 34.794,45).
