Auction result well in line with expectations
In April this year POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Seaside by Liang Quan. The price achieved of HKD 66,000.00 (€ 67,398.91) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 80,000.00. Other works by Liang Quan have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2015 the work without title was auctioned for CNY 587,500.00 (€ 84,845.91).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April diesen Jahres führte POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Seaside von Liang Quan zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 66.000,00 (€ 67.398,91) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Liang Quan konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2015 die Arbeit ohne Titel für CNY 587.500,00 (€ 84.845,91) versteigert.
