Chinese Paintings From the Yanqinzhai Collection 「硯琴齋」珍藏中國書畫 Lot 601-731 「杯裏紫茶香代酒，琴中綠水靜留賓」 ——硯琴齋主之書畫收藏 硯琴齋主，祖籍廣東汕頭，生於香港。早年從事貿易，經商之餘耽於傳統藝術。上世紀七十年代，師從本港名家范又新習書，八十年代初先後隨容思澤、吳景略、蔡德允諸師習操縵，並蒐訪歷代琴器，復考其沿革，珍藏唐宋元明以來古斲甚夥。數十年來，以琴會友，多次於港、臺和澳門各大學及博物館舉辦古琴展覽及講座，竭心盡力於古琴藝術之普及推廣。 絲桐之外，硯琴齋主亦雅好丹青�

Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Liang Hancao could be acquired at Bonhams in Hong Kong in October 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Chinese Paintings From the Yanqinzhai CollectionThe Online Sale auction, the work Poem in Running Script changed hands for HKD 4,845.00 (€ 538.94) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Liang Hancao have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Calligraphy in May 2013 with an auction result of HKD 52,500.00 (€ 5,206.34).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Liang Hancao konnte im Oktober 2021 bei Bonhams in Hong Kong für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Chinese Paintings From the Yanqinzhai CollectionThe Online Sale wechselte die Arbeit Poem in Running Script für HKD 4.845,00 (€ 538,94) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Liang Hancao auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Calligraphy im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 52.500,00 (€ 5.206,34).
