Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy by Liang Hancao was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in May 2015. The price achieved of HKD 7,080.00 (€ 830.74) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 6,000.00 – 10,000.00. Admittedly, works by Liang Hancao have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Calligraphy in May 2013 with an auction result of HKD 52,500.00 (€ 5,206.34).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy von Liang Hancao kam im Mai 2015 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 7.080,00 (€ 830,74) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 6.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Liang Hancao auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Calligraphy im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 52.500,00 (€ 5.206,34).
