The work Spring After Snow by Li Xubai was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2016. It achieved a price of HKD 500,000.00 (€ 56,332.49), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 43%. With this result, Spring After Snow is even the most expensive work of art by Li Xubai that we have observed at auctions so far.
