Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2008 a collector was able to acquire the work A Gathering of the Gengshe Literary Club by Li Shida for HKD 312,500.00 (€ 28,962.21). This price was achieved in the auction Important Chinese Classical Paintings: Property of the Ping Y Tai Foundation at Christies in Hong Kong and was even below the estimate range of HKD 400,000.00 – 800,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Li Shida have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in June 2015 by the work Drinking under the Moonlight at HKD 437,500.00 (€ 50,598.44).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2008 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A Gathering of the Gengshe Literary Club von Li Shida für HKD 312.500,00 (€ 28.962,21) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Important Chinese Classical Paintings: Property of the Ping Y Tai Foundation bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 400.000,00 – 800.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Li Shida wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Juni 2015 die Arbeit Drinking under the Moonlight mit HKD 437.500,00 (€ 50.598,44).
