Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Magnolia 2015 No.3(Painted In 2015) by Li Qiang was auctioned at China Guardian in October this year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 200,000.00 – 400,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 228,000.00 (€ 27,572.29) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Li Qiang have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2013 the work Return To Land No. 30 was auctioned for HKD 500,000.00 (€ 48,944.41).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Magnolia 2015 No.3(Painted In 2015) von Li Qiang kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei China Guardian zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 200.000,00 – 400.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 228.000,00 (€ 27.572,29) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Li Qiang konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2013 die Arbeit Return To Land No. 30 für HKD 500.000,00 (€ 48.944,41) versteigert.
