Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Zhong Kui by Li Gu was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in November 2021. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 100,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 108,000.00 (€ 12,008.51). Admittedly, works by Li Gu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landscape After Tang Yin in October 2020 with an auction result of HKD 567,000.00 (€ 62,799.86).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Zhong Kui von Li Gu kam im November 2021 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 100.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 108.000,00 (€ 12.008,51) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Li Gu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Landscape After Tang Yin im Oktober 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 567.000,00 (€ 62.799,86).
