Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Parrots by Li Fuyuan was sold in the The Lasting Spring, Fine Modern Chinese Paintings auction at POLY in Poly Auction App in May this year. The price achieved of HKD 16,800 (€ 1,995) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been given by the auction house as HKD 10,000 - 30,000. Admittedly, works by Li Fuyuan have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work in April 2011 with an auction result of HKD 225,000 (€ 19,553).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Parrots von Li Fuyuan wurde im Mai diesen Jahres in der Auktion The Lasting Spring, Fine Modern Chinese Paintings bei POLY in Poly Auction App versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 16.800 (€ 1.995) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 10.000 – 30.000 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Li Fuyuan auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 225.000 (€ 19.553).
