Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Perching On And Old Tree by Li Fenggong was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Bonhams in London in June this year. The price achieved of HKD 12,800.00 (€ 1,495.68) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 10,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Li Fenggong have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Appreciating Fish At The Pavilion in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 87,500.00 (€ 9,858.19).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Perching On And Old Tree von Li Fenggong wurde im Juni diesen Jahres in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 12.800,00 (€ 1.495,68) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 10.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Li Fenggong auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Appreciating Fish At The Pavilion im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 87.500,00 (€ 9.858,19).
