A top price for Li Fenggong
The work Appreciating Fish At The Pavilion by Li Fenggong was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2016. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 87,500.00 (€ 9,858.19), 46% above the upper estimate. With this result, Appreciating Fish At The Pavilion is even the most expensive work of art by Li Fenggong that we have observed at auctions so far.
