Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Harvest by Levi Wells Prentice was sold in the American Art, Including the Collection of George S. Parker II from the Caxambas Foundation auction at Sothebys in New York in October 2016. The price achieved of USD 17,500.00 (€ 15,964.24) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Levi Wells Prentice have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work View Of Blue Mountain Lake in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 87,500.00 (€ 78,482.38).

Die Arbeit Harvest von Levi Wells Prentice wurde im Oktober 2016 in der Auktion American Art, Including the Collection of George S. Parker II from the Caxambas Foundation bei Sothebys in New York versteigert.
