Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2013 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Art Day Sale, which included the work Leap And Speed Skaters by Lev Borodulin. The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,512.62) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Other works by Lev Borodulin have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2000 the work Parade (1956); and Gymnasts (1964) was auctioned for USD 5,287.50 (€ 5,817.47).

Im November 2013 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Leap And Speed Skaters von Lev Borodulin zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.512,62) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Lev Borodulin konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2000 die Arbeit Parade (1956); and Gymnasts (1964) für USD 5.287,50 (€ 5.817,47) versteigert.
