Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Words From The Stone-525 by Leung Kui-Ting was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2016. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 160,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 162,500.00 (€ 18,308.06). Other works by Leung Kui-Ting have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 187,500.00 (€ 22,900.49) in November 2015 for the work Roaming Vision – The Cloud, Rain And Pine Of Mount Huang Ii.
