In March last year Grisebach held the auction Online Only 2021/2022 - Modern Art Online Only, 11.3. - 20.3.2022, which included the work „Lago Maggiore (Dorf im Tessin)“. by Lesser Ury. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 21,875.00 46% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lesser Ury achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Am Kurfürstendamm in November 2010 with an auction result of USD 674,500.00 (€ 517,413.32).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 46 % übertroffen
Im März letzten Jahres führte Grisebach die Auktion Online Only 2021/2022 - Modern Art Online Only, 11.3. - 20.3.2022 durch, in der auch die Arbeit „Lago Maggiore (Dorf im Tessin)“. von Lesser Ury zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 21.875,00 und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lesser Ury erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Am Kurfürstendamm im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 674.500,00 (€ 517.413,32).
