Auction result well in line with expectations
In January 2021 Christies in New York held the auction Outsider and Vernacular Art, which included the work Untitled (2014-011), 2014 by Leopold Strobl. The price achieved of USD 2,375.00 (€ 1,957.15) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,000.00 – 3,000.00. Other works by Leopold Strobl have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in January 2020 the work Untitled (2015-014), 2015 was auctioned for USD 3,000.00 (€ 2,704.41).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Januar 2021 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Outsider and Vernacular Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (2014-011), 2014 von Leopold Strobl zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 2.375,00 (€ 1.957,15) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 1.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden.
