This artwork by Leonid Borisov achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in November 2016. In the Including the Bar-Gera Collection of Soviet Non-Conformist Art auction, the work Composition Ktd sold for GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,424.63) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Leonid Borisov; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Black-White sold at auction in June 2013 with the realized price of GBP 4,750.00 (€ 5,544.10).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Leonid Borisov erzielte im November 2016 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Including the Bar-Gera Collection of Soviet Non-Conformist Art wurde die Arbeit Composition Ktd für GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.424,63) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Leonid Borisov; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Black-White im Juni 2013 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 4.750,00 (€ 5.544,10).
