Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Cordial Campari -Liquor- by Leonetto Cappiello was auctioned at Bonhams in Paris in June last year. It achieved a price of EUR 1,402.50 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17 %. Admittedly, works by Leonetto Cappiello have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Campari in December 2020 with an auction result of GBP 7,012.50 (€ 7,833.59).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Cordial Campari -Liquor- von Leonetto Cappiello kam im Juni letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 1.402,50 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Leonetto Cappiello auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Campari im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.012,50 (€ 7.833,59).
