The result of SEK 10,000.00 (€ 939.20) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 10,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Lennart Olson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Rött ljus/Red light, Stockholm", 1970 in May 2017 with an auction result of SEK 70,000.00 (€ 7,176.93).

Die Arbeit "Tjörnbron XIII", 1961 von Lennart Olson wurde im April 2019 in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 10.000,00 (€ 939,20) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 10.000,00 – 12.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lennart Olson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Rött ljus/Red light, Stockholm", 1970 im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 70.000,00 (€ 7.176,93).
