In May 2016 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary, which included the work "Tjörnbron XIII", 1961 by Lennart Olson. The result of SEK 12,000.00 (€ 1,292.14) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 12,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Lennart Olson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Rött ljus/Red light, Stockholm", 1970 in May 2017 with an auction result of SEK 70,000.00 (€ 7,176.93).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Mai 2016 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Tjörnbron XIII", 1961 von Lennart Olson zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 12.000,00 (€ 1.292,14) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 12.000,00 – 15.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lennart Olson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Rött ljus/Red light, Stockholm", 1970 im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 70.000,00 (€ 7.176,93).
