A top price for Le Minh
In April 2021 Bonhams in Hong Kong held the auction Southeast Asian Modern & Contemporary Art, which included the work Mưa Ngoài Phố (Rain Scene in Saigon) by Le Minh. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 70,125.00 (€ 7,507.98), 40% above the upper estimate. With this result, Mưa Ngoài Phố (Rain Scene in Saigon) is even the most expensive work of art by Le Minh that we have observed at auctions so far.
