Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Clint Eastwood with Cigar, Durango, Mexico by Lawrence Schiller was sold in the FILM auction at Phillips in New York in June 2010. The price achieved of USD 2,125.00 (€ 1,728.91) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lawrence Schiller achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portfolio, "Marilyn" (Shot on the Set of "Something's Gotta Give") in April 2021 with an auction result of USD 24,062.50 (€ 20,002.08).
