Auction result fails to reach estimate
In May this year a collector was able to acquire the work Landscape by Lauritz Hartz for DKK 3,000.00 (€ 402.67). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even lower than the DKK 6,000.00 estimate set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lauritz Hartz - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Scenery of a Forest, which sold at auction in March this year for DKK 11,000.00 (€ 1,476.18).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Im Mai diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Landscape von Lauritz Hartz für DKK 3.000,00 (€ 402,67) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb des vom Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreises von DKK 6.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Lauritz Hartz mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Scenery of a Forest beobachtet, die im März diesen Jahres für DKK 11.000,00 (€ 1.476,18) versteigert wurde.
