It achieved a price of USD 1,657.50 (€ 1,501.36), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 38%. Admittedly, works by Larry Cohen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work View From The California Incline, 2006 in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 6,950.00 (€ 6,233.74).

Die Arbeit View of Downtown LA from Gower and Franklin, 2013 von Larry Cohen kam im April diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 1.657,50 (€ 1.501,36) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 38%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Larry Cohen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit View From The California Incline, 2006 im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 6.950,00 (€ 6.233,74).
