The »bidding war« ended at GBP 3,024.00 (€ 3,518.49), 51% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Larry Clark achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Selections from Teenage Lust (1968-75) in October 2000 with an auction result of USD 56,400.00 (€ 66,462.41).

Die Arbeit Untitled (From Tulsa), 1971 von Larry Clark wurde im Mai 2021 in der Auktion Photographs bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 3.024,00 (€ 3.518,49) und damit 51% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Larry Clark erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Selections from Teenage Lust (1968-75) im Oktober 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 56.400,00 (€ 66.462,41).
